Why hammers? When we restarted AIGA Wichita in 2010 we had a goal of building a creative community, and have had every speaker who has visited us since sign and/or design a hammer.

Come see all the hammers created by local creatives, have a drink and support our creative community on Friday, October 3rd. All hammers will be auctioned off to support the AIGA Wichita Design for Good programs.

MATT WEGERER | Whiskey Design
Matt Wegerer is the owner and creative director of Whiskey Design, a company that specializes in creating handcrafted, award-winning brands. Over the past five years, Whiskey’s client roster has included Alterra Bank, Boulevard Beer, Fox Restaurant Concepts, Fresh Air Farm, Pizza Hut and Twang Beer Salt.
Matt has won multiple National ADDY awards and received numerous judges' citations and “Best Of” awards from AIGA and ADDY throughout his career. His work has also been featured in PRINT, Communication Arts, HOW, Creativity Magazine, Design Work Life and Graphic Exchange.
Matt earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Kansas.
When not working — which isn't very often — you will find Matt being yelled at by his two Husky dogs or annoying people with "Top Gun" trivia.
