Join AIGA Wichita in collaboration with Wichita in Mind in an exploratory conversation about the space between creativity and mindfulness with Sheersty Stanton, MS of Glasswing Creative LLC. We will experientially learn by weaving together simple mindfulness and creativity exercises. Whether you’re a budding artist or a tenured creative, we hope you will join us!

About the Speaker:
Sheersty Stanton, MS is a social entrepreneur, artist and developer of people. She holds a Master of Science in Family Therapy (MSFT) from Friends University and has a decade of experience working in local capacity-building and non-profit organizations. As owner of Glasswing Creative LLC (glasswingcreative.com), Sheersty is passionate about teaching integrative self-care and helping people move toward greater well-being.
